Jean Pantalon
Donated To The Ottawa Swim Masters Auction
Father. Coach. Encourager. In loving memory of Tom Anzai, who taught that life was about building character and not about taking ourselves too seriously. He was known as “Jean Pantalon” for wearing jeans at an outdoor swim competition when other swimmers wore wetsuits. For him, swimming was more than a race. It was a challenge and an opportunity to improve our personal goals. Most importantly, he had fun during the process and made other people laugh. May Tom’s spirit continue to live on!

Trevor grandson-
So good to see your inspiring artwork and your fond memories of my son Tom
It does my heart good to read your memories of your father and how you are expressing it in your touching painting of him
Thanks Grandma for your message! It’s been a delight to work on my art. 🙂
