John’s Articles

Read faith-related articles by John Brundage, Companions of the Cross seminarian.

John grew up in Dexter, Michigan. When he was small, he wanted to be a cowboy, firefighter, and baker! He majored in Philosophy at Wayne State University, then worked with Catholic Christian Outreach after graduation. We met at a Catholic conference as coworkers and instantly became good friends.

Following his vocational discernment, he aspires to be a priest one day. He loves reading, rock climbing, and playing chess. He shares a special connection with me, as we encourage one another in virtue and character.

John has a gift for writing. He shared his insights with us regularly last year. He wrote about topics related to our personal relationship with God, growth in discernment, and other aspects of our spirituality.
