Shrek, Loneliness, and Celibacy
Hi everyone,
This year I’ve been pretty good about getting a post out every two weeks. Unfortunately this week the publication date fell during final exams, and I haven’t managed my time well enough to be able to devote the thought and care I try to put in these. So rather than rush a piece, I thought I’d air a rerun. If you’ve checked the ‘about the author section’ you’ve seen that I maintain a personal substack page. So far I’m most proud of my reflection on celibacy. Check it out and let me know what you think. It’s a challenging topic, and not everyone has fully agreed with what I’ve written. But several people have told me they really appreciated it.
If you like it, be sure to sign up. I’ve had trouble posting regularly on my substack during the school year, but when finals are over I plan to return to posting on at least a monthly basis. Thanks again, and please pray for me as I complete my final exams.
Cheers!
John
